Womyn's Rights and Kavanaugh ... What Now?
Join together, share concerns and wear purple in solidarity with survivors of sexual violence.

The current political climate in the United States has been a cause of stress for many communities on our campus. More specifically, the recent decision to appoint Brett Kavanaugh as a Supreme Court Justice raises concerns regarding women's rights, access to health care, environmental justice and the integrity of the justice system in general.

If you are looking for a space to discuss these or any other concerns about Kavanaugh's appointment, please join us for an informal conversation to decompress, heal, and brainstorm what we can do now to empower our communities.

This event is cosponsored by the Office of Equity, Social Justice and Multicultural Education; Political Science Department; California History Center and the Vasconcellos Institute for Democracy in Action (VIDA).

This event is ADA accessible. Please contact us if you require special accommodations.
