Cooking: Springtime in Italy

Recreate the magic of springtime in Italy right in your own kitchen. This class will introduce the student to the basic cooking techniques and teach useful tips. We will cook together and tast in class. I will provide copies of every recipe to bring home.
Menu: Crostini with fava beans and percorino sheep cheese,
Spring pea homemade ravioli in lemon butter sauce,
Shaved asparagus salad with parmigiano cheese and lemon vinaigrette,
Mini tart with marscapone cream and strawberries.
