At-Home Summer Health & Fitness Camp (Grades 5-8)

This Virtual Fitness and Health course will be based on the 5 Foundational Components of Fitness: Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition/Nutrition. The purpose of this course is to allow students to remain physically active at home while using no equipment or house hold items such as towels, cups or small objects in substitute for equipment.
