2023-2024 DASG Budget Calendar

  • Monday, October 3, 2022
    Budget Applications become available
  • Monday, November 7, 2022
    Budget Applications due to the Office of College Life by 4 PM
    Applications and attachments must be submitted via email to Dennis Shannakian at ShannakianDennis@fhda.edu.
    The Email Subject must be in the following format: "DASG Budget Request - DASG Account/Program Name - DASG Account Number"
    For Example: "DASG Budget Request - DASG Budget Committee - 41-51140"
    Everything submitted will be publicly available online.

    • Wednesday 2/1/2023 4:00 pm DASG Senate Meeting; Information/Discussion
    • Wednesday 2/8/2023 4:00 pm DASG Senate Meeting; Discussion/Action 1st Vote
    • Wednesday 2/15/2023 4:00 pm DASG Senate Meeting; Discussion/Action 2nd Vote *
      * The date of the Second Vote depends on when the First Vote takes place. If the deliberation is not complete on the 8th it will continue to the 15th and the Second Vote will be pushed to the 22nd. Also, the DASG Budget requires a confirming vote of the same budget without changes between the votes. If any changes take place the day of the Second Vote it goes back to being a First Vote and will require a new date for a confirming Second Vote.
  • Monday, May 1, 2023
    DASG Senate approved Budget presented to FHDA Board of Trustees for their approval.
  • Saturday, July 1, 2023
    New FHDA Fiscal Year Begins; Funds Become Available

* The date of the Second Vote depends on when the First Vote takes place. If the deliberation is not complete on the 8th it will continue to the 15th and the Second Vote will be pushed to the 22nd.
