Interpreter/Captioner Request Forms

For any on-going interpreting needs, please email Stacy Chapman.

Quarterly Request Form

Once you have established accommodations with your counselor, and have registered for your classes, submit an interpreter/captioner request form on-line.

This form is to request an interpreter or captioner for meeting an instructor during office hours, attending an event, meeting classmates to work on a project, drop in tutoring, etc..

Tutoring

For weekly tutoring, please email DHHS to request an interpreter.

Spring tutoring will be available starting April 12th through June 23 and includes on-campus for English, general subjects, math and science, as well as reading and writing help.

Book Voucher

If you're a DSPS student in need of financial assistance for textbooks, this is for you! The Book Voucher Program awards up to $450 to DSPS students who meet all qualifications.

Wait Time

Below are the required wait times for students to show up to class. After the wait time has expired, the interpreter/captioner will contact the supervisor to report the no-show and be reassigned.
