Review/approve notes from the February 22, 2021 meeting.
The meeting notes from February 22, 2021 were reviewed and approved.
Campus Center Dining Room Floor
The Campus Center Dining Room flooring removal has been completed and the new flooring is on order. Installation will begin as soon as the floor arrives and completion is expected at the end July. The contractor will put up signage and access will be limited.
The Campus Police office in the lower level of the Campus Center had an electrical fire last year. The space was cleaned and refurbished. The personnel are in the process of moving back in to the space. Health Services area is planning a change to the entry to the office. This project is in the planning stages.
The Board of Trustees will meet tonight and the Facilities Master Plan will go before the Board for approval. The De Anza FMP will go for approval along the FMP for Foothill and the District. The FMP is a high-level plan and there are no projects yet identified in the plan. The Measure G project list is still preliminary and the campus will be engaged once the District hires the Bond Program Management firm.
